I am just coming off of a really bad experience with a highly rated groomer in the area. My dog was kept in a play pen prior and was placed in his own private pen open completion of his haircut. They have found a forever home with me because I know Charlie is safe there and they do a great job!
Got right in for a nail trim on my little chihuahua who HATES nail trims. They worked so fast and efficiently he didn't even realize what was happening!!! Will be coming back regularly.
This is the best grooming facility in Jacksonville! Andrea takes the best care of my little dog (who gets nervous at groomers and vets), and I really appreciate the care she takes of my dog to make sure she's comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality grooming experience for their dog!
